This was our first visit to Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area and it did not disappoint. This condo is in a prime location with a very short walk to the beach and immediate access to the pool. Peddler’s Pavillian is located immediately downstairs with several great shops and restaurants. Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants are a short walk (maybe 3 minutes) and definitely worth checking out. The condo was clean and well laid out with plenty of room for our family of 5. All the appliance were in working order. Customer service was excellent. The check in code was not working, but their customer service was super friendly and got it worked out within a couple minutes. I can’t say enough great things about this condo and this company. We are already looking to rebook.

30A did not disappoint! This was a fantastic rental for our family of 5. It fit everyone comfortably, it was really clean and had enough basic toiletries to last a week. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The location is fantastic. It was nice to walk to the beach and come home and jump in the pool right off the back porch. There are no beach towels so remember to pack your own. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Overall the home was well maintained other than the washing machines. The primary suite washing machine had a horrible smell to it and appears to not have been cleaned out in quite some time. We took a towel and wiped out a lot of dark colored dirt from inside the door. Even with bleaching out the machine the odor remained and it even transferred to our clothes. I would not offer the washing machine as an amenity unless someone keeps it clean. I have a video if you’d like. The only other issue was the painters doing work on the house. Not a problem, but we did not know they were going to be there for 3 of our vacation days. They taped up over the door and we had to move the vehicles a few times for them to clean the driveway and garage doors. They also had clear view into the home upstairs through the windows which made getting dressed in the bedroom impossible.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the property was great! The pools were a fun way to end each day on the way in from the beach. The kids loved crab hunting on the beach each night. We had a team cookout using the community grills and set up a wiffle ball game on the beach... so much fun!
The condo was well equipped with necessities but lacked anything at all for beach equipment. It would be nice to have some chairs and sand toys available for use while there. And there were a few items that could sue some repairs from maintenance (knobs on the master bathroom tub for one).

We are frequent renters of Baytowne/Harbor point & I realized after the fact of arrival that I had mistaken the property location. I was thinking it was Bayside located not golf course side. Upon arrival & during our entire stay the condo had a weird smell, we could never figure out what it was. Appeared clean, but still a weird smell. Entering the master bedroom and trying to put away our clothes, I realized No dresser, No bedside drawers, no where to store your clothes! As I opened the Master closet it was built-in to store clothes, However, OMG! The ENTIRE closet was FULL of pillows, blankets, sheets, and a TOTE. I mean 16 Pillows! I counted them along with 3 blankets, 1 bedspread, 1 sheet set, a mattress cover, and a large tote with a lock that said Housekeeping! Which could have been stored in the kitchen closet, I looked! It was stacked so high there was no where to put or hang our guest clothes! I was very aggravated! It was ridiculous! 4 Pillows on the bed already and 5 throw pillows on the sofa! With only 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, why would you need all those pillows and why would you take up the ENTIRE closet with no dressers or storage for guests clothes? Master bed, has body impressions/dips and mattress needs replacing. Hurts your back. Bathroom small but ok, needs facial tissue and a soap dish. They give you a bar of soap, but it stays slimy on the counter top. Kitchen very basic stocked, but OK. Living area nice, 5 throw pillows and 2 blankets are nothing but Bacteria holders due to being unable to wash and sanitize after each guest. They should be removed! That's gross! I'm not laying on nothing others have laid on and has not been cleaned properly. Renters rules per CDC during & after COVID those were not allowed & were to be removed! Needs Charging Stations. Porch was nice and had a decent view even though we were expecting Bayside. All in all it was just an OK stay. Located Lower floor so guest stomped above our heads all night, we did not sleep

The only issues we had were minor. It was a great place overall, but these suggestions would certainly make it nicer for the next visitors.
Mainly the fitted sheet in the master bedroom did not fit on the bed, so it came off every night when we slept. The pull out couch was really uncomfortable for my children. You could feel each coil underneath you when you laid down. It needs a foam topper. There were not enough pillowcase covers for the pillows either. Lastly, only two rolls of TP and two garbage bags were provided, which wasn't enough for a family of 4 for 5 days.

Our stay was fabulous. This is the second time renting from this home location and we love it. We know just where the pool is we know just where the entertainment is and restaurants. It is essentially located perfectly to everything, even the beach. We will try to come again in the fall maybe... The beds and comforters were so comfy towels were excellent. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything needed to cook a great meal. Views were also very pretty from this unit and the deck. It was conveniently located steps from the pool. The Golf cart was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It made getting around the resort very easy. On the down side the bathrooms were very outdated, but functional. There were also a few places where the trim was pulling away from the corners and a hole in the wall next to the toilet.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. The pool was great. However, the house sleeps 10 and only has 3 showers. The 2nd floor shower leaked into the first floor bathroom. We were unable to use the 2nd floor shower for 5 of our 7 day trip. The first floor bathroom which was very small ended up having a large piece of the ceiling cut away due to the leak. And it was apparently a recurring issue. It is a lovely home and great location, but the inconvenience was significant- particularly considering the premium we paid for a luxury home in that location.

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. The condo could use a little touch up paint and the sliding glass door is tough to open, but other than those minor things, it is pretty perfect. You have to wear your blue band at this condo the entire time to get in and out of the gate to the beach. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay in June 2024. Everything said in most reviews. Great location to everything. The beach is so easy to walk and if do want chairs Dillon is the only ones you can rent. If bringing own there is plenty of space to set up of the sides of Dillon’s chairs. We also did order bikes from the management list and had them delivered the day we arrived and they picked them up when left. I think must have bikes to make it easy so the traffic heading to rosemary can be heavy at times.
The cottage is great! I would recommend maybe have some extra throw blankets because actually it can get chilly while back from beach and just watching tv or reading a book.
I would also recommend having a framed mirror around the hallway or in a space in the bedrooms or living room or kitchen. When others are in the bathrooms there is no other way to get dressed until they finish because no mirrors. Also there is not a fan in the bunk beds. The management was great and brought some extra plug in fans so we can use in the rooms.

The check-in process was simple and communicated well in advance. The condo is located in our favorite are of Sandestin, the Bayside which is normally quieter and more layer back. We had a wonderful stay at Happy Ours Too. The cottage is a <5 minute walk to private beach access and the pool was a nice benefit. The house was a good size for my small family and we would stay again.
One evening a breaker got tripped and the property management was so quick to respond and get the situation resolved. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful!

Pros: location- 2-3 minute drive to the beach, just down the street from several restaurants. Pond right out the back door made for a relaxing view while drinking coffee in the mornings. (My husband fished in it but never caught anything) My 6 and 7 year old loved feeding the turtles in the pond and playing in the large grassy “backyard” area. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents.
Cons: everything feels dated, which would be fine if it was only from a design perspective but unfortunately it’s everything. Doors- one bathroom door downstairs couldn’t be shut because it would get stuck every time, and the handle on the sliding glass door to the patio is almost broken from the door being so difficult to slide. Like other reviewers have said, the queen mattress downstairs feels like sleeping on a futon. It needed to be replaced a long time ago. The golf cart got a flat tire after two days of us being there. It took a day and a half to get it fixed so that wasn’t fun. The rental company communicated with us well, but wish it could have been handled sooner.

We had a wonderful stay! 32 Vantage Pointe is perfect for a large group. It comfortably held 8 adults and 4 children. The home is spacious and well appointed. My only recommendation would be to add a gas grill. The charcoal grill worked fine, but gas is easier and cleaner.

* **** roach at base of primary tub first night
* Internet wrong name
* Gates code(s) didn't work
* Both driving and walking gates codes
* Driveway very small
* Overgrown shrubs and trees
* Scratches on van
* Pool people surprising us
* Kicked us out 2x for chemicals and vacuum
* Construction and couldn't barely pull our vehicle out as well as noise
* other places to park but instead park right in the patrons way that are coming and going without even attempting to move or be courteous
* Were not even told of construction as a courtesy
* Workers would stare at my wife
* Hot water took forever in primary
* A/C wouldn't consistently stay on
* Had to continuously move it to 70
* Sink had stuff in it (strainer)

This was a beautiful place to stay. The golf cart filled our evenings with fun activities for the kids at the Baytown wharf area. We decided to rent a car also and it was the right choice for more relaxed beaches (we went to snorkel beach and a few others). June is a very busy beach time here and we could hardly find a spot for our chairs at the beach on site unless you get up early and put your chairs out. The condo is decorated beautifully! One suggestion; we needed a food cabinet but a little re-organizing would make one available. Thank you Keena for helping to guide us with choices! We would definitely come back but at a less busy time of year.

This is our family’s second time to stay in this house. It is our absolute favorite. There are many things we love about this place. The views are unmatched, sunsets are amazing, we love having coffee on the screened in porch. We love the view from the living room and master balcony too. The adults and kids enjoy hanging and playing on the grass overlooking the bay. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the bay one evening. The home itself is SUPER clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The third floor is great for our teen girls to have their own space. The other four rooms are a great size too. Perfect layout for mult-family stay. There are two new golf carts since we last stayed and they were so comfy and nice.

Unit 34 at Hidden Dunes is the BEST! This was our 4th year renting at Hidden Dunes and this unit was by far the best location and the cleanest rental I think I’ve ever rented. We always wipe everything down with Clorox wipes and even the outdoor furniture was spotless! Nice linens and fully stocked kitchen this unit has everything you need. Overlooking the pond from the screen porch was a nice relaxing view. Lots of shopping and restaurants within just a couple of miles too. You won’t be sorry you rented this gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Ours! Having the pool right outside your door was wonderful for napping little ones. The house was clean and well stocked. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and any food necessities as there was nothing in the fridge or pantry upon arrival. A small walk to the beach. There was a beach cart but we did not use it because it looked pretty rusted out and we didn’t want to get half way there and it break. Many restaurants within a 5 minute drive but nothing walkable at least with little ones. Overall a fantastic trip!

Easy in and out. Clean. Amenities good, particularly cooking utensils (much better than average rental property). The nearby Peddlers Pavilion is excellent. Only issue was that the AC vacilates ~5-10 degrees hot and cold from what you set it to. Maybe its because its in a condo? Can be a weird experience but not ultimately bad. Host was very responsive and clear.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our grown kids for the week. It was a little cold in the condo when we arrived and we had instructions not to change the temperature. We didn’t know until the second night that it is controlled from the office, but they did adjust it to a more comfortable temp. The unit was very clean, everything worked well, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Pointe 42W. We stayed in the same unit 2 yrs ago and it was recently remodeled to our surprise! The condo is beautiful. We love being beachfront on the top floor and waking up to the sounds of waves. Great view. The location is within minutes to the private beach and pool. Private beach so less crowded. The until came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Crabby Steve's restaurant is right there. Shops and restaurants are right across the street with alot more within walking or bike rental. The area is quiet and the management company is very responsive. We hope to return in the future!

We traveled with 6 ladies, ages 15-42, and all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool being so close was a very nice feature, as was the 6 passenger golf cart- a MUST to get around! The unit was clean and the neighborhood the bungalows are in is very quiet. It is not far (10 min via golf cart) to the beach, Grand area (Publix, restaurants, movies, shops, etc.), Wharf area.

Spectacular beach home for a family vacation located in close proximity to the beach and a close walk to Seaside in the early morning. The pictures on the website are exactly what you will see when you arrive. It was furnished with all the kitchen cookware and bakeware needed to prepare meals for your family. Loved the pool which was a bonus for the family after a long day at the beach. I would recommend adding a dustpan, having the rugs in the living room cleaned professionally, add a larger tv to the 2nd floor bedroom on the right and consider lowering the temperature on the 2nd floor. We were unable to adjust the temperature that was preset at 70 and the room on the right side was hot every night. The 3rd floor Master Bedroom was amazing!!! Loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and looking around at the views of the other homes/pools. Everything about this room was perfect. Temp of this room was set at 68 all days except the last night it was increased to 69 but still comfortable with the large ceiling fan. Even with the minor enhancements that could be done to the property, it was overall rated an A in my book and I would definitely stay at the property again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Sunset on Seven is an amazing place to stay. I’d give it 10 stars for cleanliness if I could. If you worry about cleanliness, then rent this place and worry no more! It was spotless and that’s one of my top priorities. The decor was so beautiful. The guest bedroom upstairs is huge! The master bedroom suite is also a nice size, as is the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly mother. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The golf cart was amazing and we drove it almost everywhere- even to the Publix close by. The resort is well maintained and the street was quiet. We never heard our neighbors.
This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

We’ve been a long time rental of Russell vacation rentals and overall have been pleased with our stay/rental, however the past 2 rentals have been just ok. Both times, we’ve had golf cart issues. This stay in particular, the golf cart was completely broken for the entire stay which really sucks bc that’s one of the things we look forward to using and the main reason for booking this property. Russel vacation was kind to reimburse for that issue.
The property itself was clean but could use some updating, especially the shower knobs. It was hard to pull out to turn the water on and the knob plate felt like it was going to come off. It also didn’t drain well.

My wife, adult daughters, and sister had a plan to travel across the world and due to events out of our control that trip was canceled. We were bummed of course, but the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, combined with the perfect location of Sea Dreams #5, definitely eased the pain.
This rental is ideally located between some of the popular small towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and Alys Beach, which allows you to visit the hustle and bustle, (it was spring break) but then escape to your private beach to relax before getting ready to go out again and hit one of the many fine dining establishments in the area.
Sea Dreams #5 is a well appointed, as advertised, rental property. The location is amazing and the views and sound of the ocean lapping the coast is right out your backdoor. Prior to our arrival, the manager of the property let us know of a maintenance issue they had discovered. We worked around it and they were accommodating in making it right. Everything that could have made this trip better, (weather, spring break, etc.) were all out of the control of the managers of this property.
If anyone decides to come during spring break, you will endure extremely busy traffic, extremely busy restaurants, and an insane amount of kids from 12-17 that think they own the place. However, despite all of that, the rental property was ideal. It was located right between the madness of the busiest areas and simply sitting in the backyard or walking down the staircase to the private beach let any stresses or anxieties about the crowds melt away.

The location is amazing. Would definitely stay again. Only "complaint" would be that the toilets were built for giants - consider bringing a small box or something for your feet if you are average height or below.

This is a particularly great location for your family if you like to be where the action is- so many options for food and shopping right outside your door, including live music on some nights and farmers market Saturday morning. I felt very safe to let kids explore and everything was in biking distance. One warning, because this is such a highly trafficked area, you've got to lock up your bikes! They can easily get taken (by accident or not) by kids passing through.

The house was noticeably cleaner than previous year. The golf cart is a plus in getting about in the neighborhood. The new living room furniture was much more comfortable-thank you.
All of the bed mattresses are in desperate need of replacing.
