Fantastic home with a wonderful pool and beautiful view. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, the master bed and bath were amazing, and the kitchen fit our needs perfectly. Terrific location close to restaurants and coffee shop (go to Two Birds and try the peach scones). We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.
Just three small recommendations. 1. There should be instructions that come with the remote that controls the pool heater/spa heater. The one that we were told to use only controlled the spa and we ended up using (and guessing how to use) a different remote. 2. There should be soap dishes in the bathrooms, as there are bars of soap but nowhere to put them where they won't make a mess once they're wet. 3. Please consider providing a dish drainer. With such a beautiful kitchen, we cooked a lot, but didn't have a good space to dry dishes besides using the dishtowels, which meant the towels were never dry.

We loved our stay at 32 Vantage Pointe! The view of the bay was beautiful & we loved having a back lawn where the kids could play. The townhome was super clean upon arrival! We also loved having 2 golf carts, as Mom could take one to get groceries while the other cart could head to the beach. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our Spring Break 2024 at Bayshore Time in Miramar Beach! The house exceeded your expectations with its comfortable furniture, spacious layout, and excellent amenities. The pool(Which has sun all day)and dock added extra enjoyment, and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. The management company provided excellent service, they not only answered all of our questions prior to arrival, but were very prompt to return any questions during our stay. This home was the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. We are already looking forward to returning in the future!

My wife, adult daughters, and sister had a plan to travel across the world and due to events out of our control that trip was canceled. We were bummed of course, but the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, combined with the perfect location of Sea Dreams #5, definitely eased the pain.
This rental is ideally located between some of the popular small towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and Alys Beach, which allows you to visit the hustle and bustle, (it was spring break) but then escape to your private beach to relax before getting ready to go out again and hit one of the many fine dining establishments in the area.
Sea Dreams #5 is a well appointed, as advertised, rental property. The location is amazing and the views and sound of the ocean lapping the coast is right out your backdoor. Prior to our arrival, the manager of the property let us know of a maintenance issue they had discovered. We worked around it and they were accommodating in making it right. Everything that could have made this trip better, (weather, spring break, etc.) were all out of the control of the managers of this property.
If anyone decides to come during spring break, you will endure extremely busy traffic, extremely busy restaurants, and an insane amount of kids from 12-17 that think they own the place. However, despite all of that, the rental property was ideal. It was located right between the madness of the busiest areas and simply sitting in the backyard or walking down the staircase to the private beach let any stresses or anxieties about the crowds melt away.

This rental has the best views of the ocean! Sitting on the balcony was like sitting on the beach! There are only 8 condos in this building, so the beach was never crowded. It was a short walk across the street to a store that had anything you would need for a day on the beach and bike rentals, a short drive to the grocery store, and the doughnut shop was just right down the road. The rental company was wonderful to work with. We were so happy with our choice to book a last minute vacation at this condo!

We stayed right after they remodeled- still in process and several things weren't done yet - The management company was very responsive - Keena was incredible. They will surely update photos soon. The location is amazing. Would definitely stay again. Only "complaint" would be that the toilets were built for giants - consider bringing a small box or something for your feet if you are average height or below.

This is a particularly great location for your family if you like to be where the action is- so many options for food and shopping right outside your door, including live music on some nights and farmers market Saturday morning. I felt very safe to let kids explore and everything was in biking distance. One warning, because this is such a highly trafficked area, you've got to lock up your bikes! They can easily get taken (by accident or not) by kids passing through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic central location to all the amenities. Pool is located just across the street and is beautiful. The home is very comfortable and has large windows across the back which provide a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was by far stocked the best. Arrival and departure process is very easy. I’d give it a 10/10. Will be back next year!

We would highly recommend Russell Vacation Rentals! They were so responsive in assisting us with our “snowbird” rental in Sandestin in February. Our lovely house, 739 Sandpiper Place, was perfect! It was so well equipped! We had the use of a golf cart as well! The house was cozy and cheerful! It also had a closet full of beach toys and chairs. The whole experience was wonderful and we know we will use this rental company in the future.

We loved our beautiful 29-day stay in 1006A at Majestic Sun!! The condo had a beachy decor and was bright and cheery! The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed for cooking meals! We enjoyed the balcony to view the amazing sunsets! The extra bath was

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. The location is fabulous for overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. Some items/areas in the condo are in need of TLC and updating (furniture cushions uncomfortable/need replacing and bed is losing its firmness). However, everything was clean and welcoming.

Property was better than average, but the golf cart was a plus. Was surprised that there was no welcome token. Not even a Keurig cup for a first cup of coffee. Nor salt and pepper a basic. Saw the largest cockroach and glad to have killed it. Lock combination changed by a software update but glad we were able to regain entry by calling the management company.

This is the second year that we’ve stayed here. Great location and quiet area with easy access to stores, shops and restaurants.
The house was noticeably cleaner than previous year. The golf cart is a plus in getting about in the neighborhood. The new living room furniture was much more comfortable-thank you.
All of the bed mattresses are in desperate need of replacing.
We hope to continue our Thanksgiving tradition.
