Overall Comment
Perfect spot for a couple or a young family who doesn't need a lot of space. Overall the townhome was updated and clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with the basics. If stairs are a problem, it would be difficult getting down to the beach as there were many stairs. The complimentary beach chair/umbrella set up was a nice touch.Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing and we are planning our next trip already!
Pros:
Well maintained property. it was clean and smelled that way when we walked in. The beach is literally steps away (although if anyone has mobility issues it may be too many stairs), and located between Alys Beach and Seaside - perfect location.
Cons:
Someone entered the property to install a fire extinguisher - would have been nice if this was done before our stay. A screen for the porch slider would be great to avoid mosquitoes coming in.

This is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place to stay. There is so much room to unpack and put away your groceries. We didn’t have to live out of our suitcases or have pantry items all over the kitchen counter as there was plenty of storage. All of the living room furniture is extremely comfortable. The mattress in the primary bedroom is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever felt! My daughter said the same about the guest bedroom. We also enjoyed the covered patio and beach views. Easy steps to the beach. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!
