The Perfect Vacation Spot!

We absolutely loved our stay and were already looking at dates to come back next summer! We traveled with 4 adults and our 7 year old, and the house was perfect for our group. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to spread out, relax, and still spend time together. The decor was absolutely beautiful. You can tell so much thought and care went into every detail. One of our favorite spots was the screened-in back porch, where we enjoyed relaxing every evening. The A/C also deserves a shoutout because it kept the house perfectly cool, even at night during the July heat! Having two golf carts was such a perk since we traveled with my in-laws. Also, being able to walk to Baytowne Wharf for evening activities was a big bonus. As of July 2026, the home was stocked with all the essentials listed, plus thoughtful extras like kitchen hand soap, coffee filters, and dish soap, so we didn’t even need to use the ones we brought. Future guests should plan to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and HE laundry detergent. Publix is also only a short golf cart ride away. This was one of our favorite beach stays, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall the home was well maintained other than the washing machines. The primary suite washing machine had a horrible smell to it and appears to not have been cleaned out in quite some time. We took a towel and wiped out a lot of dark colored dirt from inside the door. Even with bleaching out the machine the odor remained and it even transferred to our clothes. I would not offer the washing machine as an amenity unless someone keeps it clean. I have a video if you’d like. The only other issue was the painters doing work on the house. Not a problem, but we did not know they were going to be there for 3 of our vacation days. They taped up over the door and we had to move the vehicles a few times for them to clean the driveway and garage doors. They also had clear view into the home upstairs through the windows which made getting dressed in the bedroom impossible.

Our stay was fabulous. This is the second time renting from this home location and we love it. We know just where the pool is we know just where the entertainment is and restaurants. It is essentially located perfectly to everything, even the beach. We will try to come again in the fall maybe... The beds and comforters were so comfy towels were excellent. The showers were so nice. The furniture was very upscale! Everything was very clean and professionally placed for our using!!! Thank you so much for making our stay fabulous once again!!!
