We have stayed at this property for three years in a row and we booked it again already for next year. It is absolutely beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better location! So close to all the activities Sandestin has to offer. Golf course views are so peaceful. The pool is across the street and private to those staying on Magnolia Bay Lane. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to next year!

Overall the home was well maintained other than the washing machines. The primary suite washing machine had a horrible smell to it and appears to not have been cleaned out in quite some time. We took a towel and wiped out a lot of dark colored dirt from inside the door. Even with bleaching out the machine the odor remained and it even transferred to our clothes. I would not offer the washing machine as an amenity unless someone keeps it clean. I have a video if you’d like. The only other issue was the painters doing work on the house. Not a problem, but we did not know they were going to be there for 3 of our vacation days. They taped up over the door and we had to move the vehicles a few times for them to clean the driveway and garage doors. They also had clear view into the home upstairs through the windows which made getting dressed in the bedroom impossible.

Our stay was fabulous. This is the second time renting from this home location and we love it. We know just where the pool is we know just where the entertainment is and restaurants. It is essentially located perfectly to everything, even the beach. We will try to come again in the fall maybe... The beds and comforters were so comfy towels were excellent. The showers were so nice. The furniture was very upscale! Everything was very clean and professionally placed for our using!!! Thank you so much for making our stay fabulous once again!!!
