The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space on the granite countertops to prepare your gourmet meals. The breakfast bar has seating for four to watch the family chef in action. Your family will enjoy gathering in the living room with seating for everyone. A picture window with extra seating overlooks the pool area.

The stylish town center of Grand Boulevard is nearby in Sandestin with great restaurants, fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, a Publix grocery store, and a state-of-the-art movie theater with a VIP dining room.
