Property Highlights:

Inside – A well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, plenty of dining space, and a sprawling living area with comfortable seating for everyone. On the first floor, you will find two guest bedroom suites, one featuring a queen bed and one featuring two twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom with shower/tub combinations and single vanities. A laundry closet is conveniently located on the first floor. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. On the second floor, you will find a cozy loft area perfect for a lazy afternoon of reading or a little quiet time.  The loft area is also ideal for those working remotely, offering ample workspace with a table and chairs and plenty of opportunities for deep thinking on the private balcony.  The spacious owner’s suite offers his and her closets, a large bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

Amazing! So clean!!

Overall Comment

Very nice stay! Quiet area, very clean, everything was perfect! Parking between the golf carts is a little tight, just a heads up. Golf cart was a life saver. Don’t forget to explore past the tunnel, kids loved adventure land, and the pool on bayside was always almost empty in the evenings!

It was a nice place. It was in a good location. The only thing we found somewhat frustrating was the parking. There were a few times where cars from other condos were parked in front of our place and at times we were not able to park the golf cart in a spot because there were cars from other condos already parked in the spot where our golf cart was supposed to go so it could be plugged in. Overall, it was mostly clean. Just a heads up, we did see dead cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom closet carpet.

Outdated but good location

Overall Comment

Pros: location- 2-3 minute drive to the beach, just down the street from several restaurants. Pond right out the back door made for a relaxing view while drinking coffee in the mornings. (My husband fished in it but never caught anything) My 6 and 7 year old loved feeding the turtles in the pond and playing in the large grassy “backyard” area. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents.
Cons: everything feels dated, which would be fine if it was only from a design perspective but unfortunately it’s everything. Doors- one bathroom door downstairs couldn’t be shut because it would get stuck every time, and the handle on the sliding glass door to the patio is almost broken from the door being so difficult to slide. Like other reviewers have said, the queen mattress downstairs feels like sleeping on a futon. It needed to be replaced a long time ago. The golf cart got a flat tire after two days of us being there. It took a day and a half to get it fixed so that wasn’t fun. The rental company communicated with us well, but wish it could have been handled sooner.
