Overall Comment
The house decor was beautiful, light, and inviting; and there was plenty of room for our two families. All amenities were functional, and the house showed evidence of being well maintained and clean. The home is in a beautiful area, with golf course views, and the bay in the distance. Staying here provided us easy access to the BayTown and Grand Blvd areas, and having our own golf cart for transportation was icing on the cake.

We stayed here in May of 2024 and loved it so much we came back for Labor Day 2024. This time we brought along my dad and he LOVED the townhouse!
We’ve never returned to a vacation rental until Sunset on 7. As soon as I walked in, I said, “I’m home!” We had my parents, our daughter, and us and we had tons of room in the townhouse. Plenty of space to spread out.
Our teen daughter simply loved her gigantic room and en-suite.
Judy was on top of things and was great with keeping in touch with me. Amazing service!
The townhouse is super clean. The decor is perfect. The golf cart is such a fun addition to the stay.
We love everything about Sunset on 7 and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at sun set on seven. It was so clean and the view from the patio was beautiful. We enjoyed the use of the grill for dinner. The location was perfect and golf cart made getting around easier. The beds were so comfortable!

My husband and I along with our adult children, visited the Sandestin area for the first time. The home we rented was impeccable, tastefully deocrated, in great proximity to everything, and extremely comfortable. Nothing was lacking. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
