Indulge in the relaxed ambiance of this new, spacious two-level beach house, where vacation memories come to life with family and friends. As you step inside, the worries melt away, and relaxation takes over. The main level features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and an oversized fridge, and is stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The open-concept dining room and living room have 10-foot ceilings with plenty of windows, allowing for natural light. The dining table seats six and there are four additional bar stools on the oversized kitchen island. Additionally, a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a half bath, is located on this floor.
The back deck features a hi-top table with two chairs and an outdoor sitting area with a gas firepit; the perfect place to relax and read a book or sip your morning coffee.

All bedrooms are on the second level and are designed for your comfort. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen HD Smart TV, and an expansive closet. The primary en suite bath has granite countertop double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat-screen HD Smart TV. The bunk room offers twin over full bunk beds with a single trundle and a flat-screen Smart HD TV. These two rooms share a guest bath which includes a tub/shower and a granite countertop vanity.

Driftwood Shores is mere steps away from the Prominence Community resort-style pool house beside an expansive shimmering 5,000-square-foot community swimming pool. This magnificent residential amenity hosts bathhouses, showers, and dressing rooms.  Adjoining, a Kitchen Pavilion includes stainless steel gas grills with ovens, a wet bar, tables, and chairs available for poolside cookouts. A state-of-the-art fitness facility and spa is also on-site. In addition, the Prominence Community Shuttle whisks you from the poolside to the beautiful beaches nearby.

This home has all of the comforts you would expect, including the use of a 6-passenger street-legal golf cart and 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes.

The townhome has a keyless entry smart lock and a spacious 2-car garage to park the golf cart, bikes, and beach items.

Prominence Beach Access Points
Beach Access to the West:
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located 0.5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and is not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is approximately 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and a short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara Access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. This beach access has parking, restrooms, ADA ramps, beach service, and lifeguards during peak season. 
*This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available. Complimentary beach shuttle service Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9 AM - 3 PM CST.

Beach Access to the East:
Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Car parking is not available but makes for a great golf cart/bike ride to the beach.
