Miramar Beach Places To Go

Miramar Beach restaurants

There are so many things to do in Destin and Miramar Beach, Florida including unforgettable shopping and dining experiences. We’ve rounded up some of the best shopping venues and restaurants that you won’t want to miss!

Shopping

Silver Sands Premium Outlets

From humble beginnings as a planned grocery store to one of the top 3 outlets in the country, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets has become a can’t-miss shopping destination for all. The original L-shaped strip, where Nautica is today, had 25 stores in 84,000 square feet. Five phases of expansion later, Silver Sands Premium Outlets now boasts 110 stores in 451,000 square feet featuring designer and brand-name stores.  Just a stone’s throw from the white sands of Sandestin and Miramar Beach, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a shopaholic’s paradise.

Grand Bouelvard

A popular year-round destination for local South Walton residents and visitors, Grand Boulevard has become the premier destination for those looking to enjoy all that the area has to offer in a single, upscale location. Enjoy exclusive boutiques and eateries, renowned national retail brands, a wide mix of specialty services, as well as a robust Coastal Culture Arts & Entertainment calendar along the Boulevard.

Back in the early eighties, the area tourist business was concentrated in Fort Walton Beach. There was little or no activity in SoWal. The tourism business didn’t start gravitating towards Destin until the late 1980’s. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin has been a part of the South Walton community for 15 years, but the shopping center has experienced a recent growth spurt. Ten new businesses have been added to the upscale shopping area since 2017.
